Is each letter really written for my child?
Yes. Each letter is written around the details you share — not a template with a name inserted.
What information do you need?
Your child's first name, age, interests, something they worked hard on, an accomplishment or act of kindness, and their mailing address. We never ask for medical, disability, or sensitive family information.
Can I order for more than one child?
Yes. Add as many children as you like in one order, each with their own details and letter.
Do you offer a First Christmas letter?
Yes. Choose the First Christmas Keepsake option and Santa's wording will suit a baby or toddler.
How is the letter delivered?
It's printed on premium stationery and mailed to the address you provide. See our Shipping page for timing.
How do you protect my child's information?
Details are used only to write and mail the letter, and access is limited to our team. See our Privacy Policy.
Are quantities limited?
Yes. Because every letter is written with care, we accept a limited number of orders each season.
