Privacy Policy

We collect only what's needed to write and mail your letter: your name and email, your child's first name, age, and the details you choose to share, and a mailing address. We never request medical, disability, or sensitive family information. Children's details are used only to create and deliver the letter, are accessible only to authorized staff, and are never sold or shared for marketing. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
